Straight hairs.

So my first born child was born bald.

18 months later, we finally learned that our daughter actually has hair – crazy amounts of CURLY hair.  Some said Emma would grow out of her curly hair as she grew up.

Uh, hasn’t happened yet.

The number one question I get when I take Emma out in public is, “are those natural curls?!” My reply is immediately followed by some sort of envious comment. I am guilty of being envious of her hair as well.

I’m jealous of my own creation. I made those curls in my body! Where’s my share?

Ever wonder what Emma looks like with straight hair?  This can only be done at her bedtime when she gets an excuse to stay awake.

She’s a completely different-looking kid.
